USPS Missing in Checkout

I have OSC 2.2 MS2 and I am developing my site. I have configured the USPS module. When I go to checkout an item, the USPS shipping option is missing from the Shipping Method area. The Flat Rate Shipping Method is OK but USPS doesn't even show up. Can anyone help me out?
