Address won't process, page only refreshes

After entering my shipping information and clicking continue, I am not moving forward in the process which would be payment information. It seems to just be refreshing the current page, any ideas?

I don't think there is a link set for my continue button on this page, can anyone see anyhting wrong? Thanks-
