skydiveuk24 Posted August 24, 2005 Share Posted August 24, 2005 I have used this before and had no problems, but now I just cannot get it to work no matter what I try. I have created a 'temp' dir in my store, and set permissions to 777. Files are being created. I am trying to get the default sample working before I add my own products... I upload sample_output_file.txt, insert into database and all I get is File uploaded. Temporary filename: /tmp/php random number and letters User filename: sample_output_file.txt Size: 80290 No products have been added, nothing updated. This is a fresh clean install of osCommerce 2.2 MS2 with Easy Populate 2.76-MS2. I really need to get this working I have over 1,500 products to add. I have Excel and would ideally like to be able to add, edit & delete my products from here then re-upload. It would make it so much easier for me. If I 'Download Complete tab-delimited .txt file to edit' open it in Excel, it is not layed out properly i.e I cannot go from column to column it is all one big file. skydiveuk24 Posted August 24, 2005 Author Share Posted August 24, 2005 It's ok I have fixed it. Problem was in easypopulate.php it was set at $separator = ";"; // semi-colon.
