Create Columns for Product Listing

Does anyone know how to change the script for the product_listing.php in order to have the image of the product and the product description, price, etc. appear below instead of in a spanned column?

In the product_listing.php you could modify the $lc_text within the last "for loop" to place a table and arrange the elements the way you like.

Could someone give an example of how i would do this? I am trying to mod my product listing so it displays similar to the one found here: http://www.musashi-uk.co.uk/index.php/cPath/22
