msaccess & mysql & myodbc

Hi, i just installed on Linux all ok, but could not connect msaccess using myodbc driver. The hosting company said i needed windows server. I was transferred to windows server , but now i have two problems.

1. i cannot install get this message box ( the file exists, have recopied it etc);

The following error has occurred:

SQL file does not exist: /install/oscommerce.sql

 

2. how can you run this setup on Linux Cpanel system ?

 

I just want to run oscommerce and link msaccess database/tables..is there another way ?
