Guest Posted August 23, 2005 Share Posted August 23, 2005 Ok got everything up and running (or atleast I think so LOL) I made a test purchase but the item is still in my shopping cart after the purchase is made. Delivered, pending, or proccesing. you want to change the status to delivered to complete the purchase process. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
radders Posted August 23, 2005 Share Posted August 23, 2005 It should be automatically removed when the customer returns to the shop after having made the payment (if using a gateway). Similarly if paying by cheque it should also be removed. I don't know why yours isn't. Do you get to the page which askes you if you wish to be informed of updates to the products you have purchased?
