there are a few options such as 'prevent spider sessions'

 

What are the best options to have for optimum google results?

 

If anyone could point me in the direction of an atricle that they found usefull for increasing their google page rank i would be very gratefull.

Set the prevent spiders sessions to true. For setting up your site, you'll need a meta tags controller like Header Tags. You should also do a search here and on the web for SEO. There is a lot of information available.
