Getting the customer e-mail in orderconfirmation

I need to get the customers e-mailaddress in the e-mail which is sent to all the addresses entered in admin.

This because the comfirmation is checked by people other than those allowed to log in to admin. But they need to be able to answer the customer anyway if a product is out of stock or something.
