Weird Currency

Hello all,

 

I am having trouble with my oscommerce store..

 

I have a basic store with three currencies. (Australia, Euro, US)

 

When a user first goes to the stores index page (welcome page) and tries to switch between currencies a problem occurs and they just get directed to a blank page with this in the URL: http://www.wades.com.au/catalog/catalog?currency=EUR

 

If you go to the URL http://www.wades.com.au/catalog/ and try changing the currency from the front screen (welcome page) you will see what I mean..

 

Now the weird thing is that if I go to view a product.. or to any other page from in the catalog and try to switch currencies it works fine.. and then go back to the welcome page and try to switch currencies and it works fine too now as well.

 

So there is something not going on right when a user first goes to the welcome screen..

 

If anyone can help me out I would be greatly appreciate it..

Theres something wrong with the way you link.

 

Your already in the directory "catalog", so you shouldn't say "catalog" again.

 

Make sure the tag that's something like:

 

<base ....>

 

Is in your head tag. If it isn't, get a copy from one of the other files (Your welcome page is index.php)

 

For instance, mine is:

 

<base href="<?php echo (($request_type == 'SSL') ? HTTPS_SERVER : HTTP_SERVER) . DIR_WS_CATALOG; ?>">

 

You should actually just be able to copy that.......

Also make sure you have your links like this:

tep_href_link(DIR_WS_CATALOG . "MyFile.php");

Don't just type in a literal link! It won't add the session ID, and it won't know where it starts, causing that error!

I took a look at the tag inside my <head> and it looks normal.. and i'm still puzzeled????
