Problem with checkout_confirmation.php

Hi all

I have a problem with orders. when i select a payment method like VISA or Paypal

i become the following errormessage:

Warning: main(includes/metatags.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/t/a/tatsana.ch/htdocs/catalog/checkout_confirmation.php on line 114

the page look like this:

if i select cash it works.

can someone please help me. :'(

The head section of your file should look like this - it is missing the 'include' for the meta tags contribution you've installed:
