Then you go from cart to shipping page to cart to shipping page! Site sells camp registrations, so nothing happens on shipping page except special requests like rooming with someone at the camp. M-Pro Posted August 23, 2005 Posted August 23, 2005 Not sure, but might be something to do with stock quantities, have a look in your admin control panel at configuration/stock particularly how you have the following fields set Display out-of-stock warnings Subtract stock Allow Checkout Mark product out of stock If you had Display set to false, Subtract set to true and Allow set to true then (I think) if your products are out of stock your customers wouldn't be told and the system would stop you at the shipping stage and keep putting you back into the cart so that you can amend the out of stock preoducts (but if set as above, you wouldn't display out of stokkc messages ) From your description, if this is a 'virtual' product without real stock, then try setting these 4 fields to False, False, True, (Mark doesn't matter). This will stop your stock from being decremented and allow check out irrespective of stock level Hope this helps ... M-Pro
