opisica Posted August 22, 2005 Posted August 22, 2005 Brand-new to OS Commerce and understand that I have to move some files to the webserver and access online. But I can't seem to access the files! We're using WIN2000, IE6. Server is UNIX. We're located in USA. I download the ZIP file, but when I unzip it all I get is an unidentified file that doesn't want to open with any of the standard software. No Catalog folder. Just this unidentified file named "unidentified." I've tried downloading from both USA and Europe sites; even tried downloading the WIN version just to see if it would work. Didn't. UNZIP program has always worked just fine (including yesterday with another download). Any suggestions about what's going wrong? TIA - JPB
