Login Secure, Shipping page not secure, CC secure

Strange, I got ssl working but when I have added items to the cart, then click on checkout this is the secure url https:// then it warns me about passing data secure site etc.. and it logs me in with my customers username and password and now not secure, http, then click next of this shipping page and back to https for the secure credit card page.

 

Why the change from secure to not secure to secure, why not leave the shipping as secure, what can I do?

Interesting enough once you have got to credit card page, if you click back on the bottom indication bar to the shipping information page that is secure so this problem is only when navigating from login / signup to shipping page.
