Sponsorship - reward system

I?d like to offer a sponsorship program to my customers. It could work like this : Customer_A recommends my site to (all) his friends. When this friend registers and passes an order (he becomes Customer_B), he enters the email of Customer_A. Then Customer_A receives a 5$ voucher that he can use on my site. Customer_B doesn?t receive anything as the objective is to reward the one which makes me known.

 

Is there something existing looking like that?

Is there anything else where the 2nd custumer credit the first one?

The main reason for that is that I think that it will be more successfull if the Customer_A (the recommender) can use his own email with his adress book.
