Dead in the water!

I get the following error when trying to access an OSCommerce site I've had running for over a year:

 

1226 - User 'guitarsh_marcs' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 50000)

 

select configuration_key as cfgKey, configuration_value as cfgValue from configuration

 

Can anyone help, hopefully quickly, as this site has been down for three days and my client is losing money.

This is a problem with the database server - you must contact your host.
