Model no. Size

Can anyone tell me how to increase the number of charecters for Model No or SKU#?

You should do this MySQL, either from the commandline or through a web interface.

My guess is you will be more comfortable with a web interface. If so install phpMyAdmin (or look for it in your control panel if any) and use that to alter the table.

You can do this in the 'structure' tab, go to the model row and use 'edit'
