How to add "Home" link to right side of top bar

Hi,

I try to add 'Home' link to right side of top bar for every page as following

Home | My account | Cart contents | Checckout

in the default new store.

Please Help, because I am new to php,

I changed mind to replace the 'Top' in left side of top bar with 'Home' ----

Replace Top>> Catalog with Home >> Catalog,

I got it. in catalog/include/languages/english/english.php, change

define('HEADER_TITLE_TOP', 'Top');

to

define('HEADER_TITLE_TOP', 'Home');
