Search in header - where to put it?

I've been able to drastically change my site using the stylesheet and trial and error, but I can't seem to figure out where to put the search code from the knowledgebase:

I want it in the header, AFTER the three logos(which are being taken out anyways). So basically, on the right side of the header, opposite the logo.

 

I've tried putting it in different parts of the code, but it always moves things around a bit, like the breadcrumbs go to the center.

This is the stock header.php with an extra table cell next to those images you mentioned with the search in it, maybe you can compair it to your page?

Well, I tried what you have here, and it doesn't mess up the layout any more. But the search doesn't appear at all. Any idea why? Thanks so much for the response.
