Shooter
osCommerce has been successfully charging my Visa (via Authorize.net), but no order details are being saved or recorded. If I view Customers and Orders, there are no new orders listed -- although I have now paid for 3 separate purchases. The receipts being Emailed also contain no order details, only a total $ amount charged to my Visa card. (This I assume is a separate problem to the fact that the store owner is getting NO emails at all of any purchase. I have tried the suggestion of changing the "Send extra emails to..." to service@domain.com rather than "William<service@domain.com>" but this hasn't helped.) Where can I start looking for why no order details are being recorded??? I've been trying to get this cart running for a month now, with no success, and I'm getting very frustrated. Thanx, Wm

Shooter
did you ever get your orders to show up? im having the same issue now. Yes I did. It seems that it was a glitch in the pymt module configuration. I'm using a NaviGate osC pymt module from MerchantPlus.com (our new CC processor). I ended up Emailing them on a Sun, and about a half hour later I got a call from the Pres of the company. He walked me through some checks, which yielded nothing, then he logged in to my server (with my permission, of course - I was still on the phone with him) to check the module and configs. He changed some links for everything to match up and everything started working. One thing I did learn was that one of the reasons orders aren't saved is because if the CC processor doesn't reply with an "Authorized" result then osC apparently doesn't record the order. That was part of my problem - we weren't getting a success msg back, and osC wasn't acknowledging/recording a successful order. Wm
