Guest
I did all the configurations and did a test order all the way through and never got the order in my mailbox. Can you please help me?
Shooter
I'm having the same problem, as it appears a number of others are. The only suggestion I've gotten is to check the Email address under "Send additional emails to:" on the configuration page. ([email protected] rather than "Mail<[email protected]") That hasn't helped me though... Wm
ozEworks
I find that I never get them to my verizon email address and but if I use a hotmail one I get them. I am thinking they are getting blocked in some way.
ozEworks
Now I have a client with this problem so I cannot ignore it any longer. It started after we moved hosts. Any clues? His [email protected] does not get emails but his MSN email does.

I'm just setting up myself, so I may be wrong! try it anyway, it seems that will be the reason why hotmail can get mail if it is set on SMTP, it is the server config that needs synchronising to the OScommerce, i guess. His [email protected] does not get emails but his MSN email does. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Have you made sure that there are no paranoid spam filters blocking the e-mails? What happens if you try other addresses than the [email protected] and MSN/Hotmail address? Some spam filters increase the spam score if the e-mail for example originates from a different domain than specified in e-mail address field. Cheers, Kalle! ozEworks
Thanks for all that advice. I am not sure what is going on. We are not Windows. He even claimed (and I am sure he is right) that is worked for a week or so then stopped on 28 August :) True. But I added the email address to the also send to list and now he gets them. Total mystery.
