Download problems

Hi

 

I am now having a few probs with downloading files (eg Music files), namely that the file size is always 1.9mb no matter what size the original

 

I've made alterations to my php.ini file, but has not solved the problem

 

I've tried to use redirect to download the files but I get a 403 error

 

Forbidden

 

You don't have permission to access

 

Even if I set permissions to 777

 

Any ideas?
