Another error message

I'm still trying to fix the last error message I posted about .... but now I see that when I go in the admin area of the shopping cart, and click on modules payment, I get the following error message.

 

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class cc_validation in /www/www.franticstamper.com/public_html/cart/catalog/includes/modules/payment/cc_validation.php on line 13

 

I looked at that file, and I cannot figure out what is wrong on line 13.

I figured out how to fix this one -- all by my little self.
