basnappl Posted August 20, 2005 Share Posted August 20, 2005 Hello everyone. I've installed osCommerce on a Windows 2003 machine. Now, whenever I add an image to a product or category via the admin panel and then try to view it in the catalog, the page requests a username and a password. If I hit cancel, the page loads but the images don't (just a red x). Interestingly, the same username and password that get me into the admin panel will also work for the images. If I enter the admin username and password, the images load. I asked my host (accuwebhosting.com) about it and they managed to fix it for me once. The support guy said that he just manually set the permissions to "Full Control" for user "Everyone" and that did it. But anything I've uploaded since then still has the problem.
