Wendy James
Best advice I can give you is to look up local laws. Since the community is all over the world everyones terms and conditions will be/can be different. Not sure what you want someone to tell you about shipping. How you do that is a personal preference. Wendy James
There are places online you can find out about your local laws but yes a lawyer should know the laws. There are some that specialize in it. Wendy James Creativity is allowing yourself to make mistakes. Art is knowing which ones to keep.
GraphicsGuy
There is a lot of helpful information about starting small businesses in the U.S. at the Small Business Administration website. Rule #1: Without exception, backup your database and files before making any changes to your files or database. Rule #2: Make sure there are no exceptions to Rule #1. thegateways
I think you should consult your attorney <_< and possibly a legitimate competitor can give you some guideline. :P
