Shooter
I'm using Authorize.net and just realized that my test receipts are not listing any products ordered. My CC is indeed being charged, and the receipt from OSC and the copy from Authorize.net is showing the total paid, yet there is no listing of products! This is a BIG problem! OSC is still not sending us copies of orders, which is getting to be a problem as well -- we're relying on copies from Authorize.net (which does not contain the items ordered). One other thing that I've noticed, which is probably related: when I view a customer's order history, I'm not seeing the sales since I activated Authorize.net. I see only old orders from 2 weeks ago when I was trying to get the WPP module working. Why would OSC not save details of orders that are obviously being passed to Authorize.net??? Thanks, Wm
Guest
I think the authorizenet module has a test mode you should be able to set for testing. I briefly looked at it, the var name is MODULE_PAYMENT_AUTHORIZENET_TESTMODE
Shooter
I'm in Test Mode now, and am getting receipts from OSC. Still no product details, and when I view Customers \ Orders I do not see any recent orders. Still no Email of the order to the store owner. I don't get what's going on here!?
