Customer email address on orders

I'm still working on trying to get this shopping cart up and running.... sigh, it's a slow long process for me.

 

I had a friend put in a fake order yesterday. I got the e-mail with the order, but her email address was no where for me to see. I had to go into my admin to get it.

 

How can I get the order notifications to include the customer's email address?
