paypal payment page

I have seen on some websites that when you get on the paypal payment page, there are logo's (pictures) of the mastercard, delta, visa and switch symbols where it says:

 

"if you do not have a paypal account click here"

 

I really what to do this, please can someone show me how. i've been on the phone to paypal and they are useless!!

do i need to add the paypal ipn contirbution for this?

 

currently i'm running the standard osc paypal method.

 

if yes which paypal ipn contribution shall i install as there is a few and its confusing!
