Please review my Cookie Web Site

I hope to be able to get some feedback about my web site. I look forward to improving it. The site has been on since 1996 with a variety of .html versions with purchased shopping carts.

The OS version has been running for over a year and I would like to get outside thoughts on how it looks. I have two .php programmers that handle my changes, an affiliate manager and myself so other opinions will be very valuable in making improvements.

Thanks in advance

I like it, you put a lot of work into this site. Not exactly my tastes in colors but all the little extras you have done made up for that in my mind.

Only thing I found that really bugged me is the page doesn't fit at 800x600.

Otherwise very nice.

It wasn't the header, it is the content on the pages pushing it a bit too wide. Some people don't care about the 800x600 setting but it always drives me nuts. lol

Sorry to bother you on this, but do you think it is better to keep the images at 150 pixels wide.

I originally had them at 125 pixels wide and that would allow the page to work correctly at 800 x 600 with the wider images it is causing that problem

Any thoughts on that? I agree that most people at the resolution of which there are a lot do not like to have the right to left scroll on a page.

First off, does the moving head guy actually serve any purpose or is he just there for decoration? I actually kind of like him, but he seems awfully pointless to me.

Other than that, I like it. I'm not fond of the yellow, but I don't like yellow. It's nice and clean looking, though. And it makes me want to go home and bake chocolate chip cookies. Which probably indicates either you're doing something right, or that it's really easy to make me crave chocolate chip cookies. Or both.

I would have to agree on the colors. Bright green and yellow does not make me think of fresh baked cookies out of the oven. Maybe you could use warm browns, dark reds and oranges, the soft yellow/creme you used in the info boxes work well. Soft and warm colors...that's the way to go. Otherwise, I like it. The product itself is very well presented in the photos.

The photos are great and I LIKE THE TALKING HEAD GUY!!!

It held my interest when i first entered the site and it has a certain "wow" factor that will have others sending your link around to view it...

and the whole purpose is to get people coming to your store and to hopefully make a purchase...

It would be nice to have a cookie or something set so that returning customers wouldn't have to hear it again....

but other than that...

good job...
