Federal Express and Per item Shipping

I currently have OS set to get real rates from Federal Express for all of my products.

 

I have a new item I want to add to my web site that I want to ship USPS to bring the shipping to its lowest level of $3.85 (priority envelope)

 

Could the shipping section show the flat rate of $3.85 USPS and then the Federal Espress Rates as they currently are and then they can decide if they want to ship faster.

 

Any ideas on the best way to do this.
