Wendy James Posted August 18, 2005 Share Posted August 18, 2005 Actually you create the categories, then put the products in them. All done in the admin area under catalog. You have to create the options and attributes, which is also done in the admin area in the same area. There are contributions to help with the options and attributes and how to assign them to the products so if you need something extra or different just take a look through there. philip56 Posted August 19, 2005 Author Share Posted August 19, 2005 Thank you Wendy, that helped. I was looking at it from the wrong end. There is still one thing I don't understand. I sell clothes so I need to offer various combinations of colours, sizes etc, and I will not always have stock of all combinations. It seems though that I can only enter the total number of all the combinations, ie 50 shirts, not 10 Blue of which 5 are medium etc. Any ideas.
