DeckGuy Adam
On most computers, when you click the thumbnail image to one of our products in the catalog the image will enlarge and display in a new popup window. I have found two terminals at work that they do not pop up on. They are both running windows XP. I disabled both of the built-into internet explorer pop up blockers and any other third party software that would stop the pop up from displaying. Still no luck. Anyone else have this problem? Anyone know what causes it or have a solution? Thanks. P.S.-The site is deckkeyboards.com if anyone has time to check it out. Basically click any of the images on the front page, and follow the prompts as if you were going to buy the product. When the product description comes up, click the thumbnail where it says 'click to enlarge'. This is whats broken on some terminals.

Guest
as earlier mentioned, check your browser if active scripting or jscript is disabled and/or the firewall is configured to block jscript on the particular site.
