If you enter the system to do a manual order, it gives you shipping options via both carriers to different countries. However, I have no option for shipping to the US. The problem with this is twofold: A)We do not ship to countries other than the US so the options I'm given are useless. B)We only ship to the US so having no option to ship to the US is useless. I installed some add-ons so I am slightly familiar with how modules and this software generally work. But since I am the new admin and no one left behind any information I am starting from scratch and if anyone could tell me where to look to change this or how to change this it would help me tremendously. I already looked around in the admin panel at every possible option and there was no option for this sort of issue. Thanks in advance!
