j_uprichard Posted August 18, 2005 Posted August 18, 2005 I am having a problem with the administration panel of my osCommerce store. The store uses MS 2.2 and I used the WorldPay module for payment processing. Once a customer places an order the store owner only receives email confirmation from Worldpay that a payment has been made. No emails are sent from osCommerce and no details or records of the order are stored or recorded in the Administration under Customers -> Orders. I have searched the forums and the internet but can't seem to come up with a silution. Several people have experienced a similar problem with PayPal osCommerce stores - with their problem being that they do not return to the osCommerce store and therefore the order is "not complete". Could this be the reason and if so what's the fix? All help and similar experiences are greatly appreciated, I'm currently tearing my hair out with this one!!!! and would love a response before I go bald !!!! Cheers, Jamie
Guest Posted August 18, 2005 Posted August 18, 2005 You could create a dummy payment module for testing purposes. Modify an existing one to simply bypass the redirection to the external payment site then check why the order is not stored in the dbase.
