ant
:'( I need to charge 7.5% tax for anything I ship to California, But only for California. I have been trying to set this up but when I test it the store never adds the tax to the total. Can anyone help me set this up? Thank you, Anthony

isnovelo
Hello amigos, what you have to do is set your zip code in the admin panel under Configuration > Shipping/Packaging > Postal Code, then add your zone under Locations / Taxes (california) that will only add tax to anybody that has a california zip. does that help? Good Luck

ant
I have this all set up. However when I test it no tax is added. ozEworks
Under the Tax Zone called California you need to add the actual (geographic) zone(s) it applies to. So click on the top Zone California and add California
rodazac
FlyingKites, I see you are in NY. Do you know of a module or other option to handle the many different sales tax rates throughout the state?
