auto customer invoice e-mail

Please Help.....My auto customer invoice e-mail stopped working? After confirmation there is no invoice sent. Where and how do I fix it?

Goodmorning all......I forgot to add, with may make a difference: It worked fine until I installed the fancier invoice controbution. I must have done something to make the e-mails inactive. I also can't send customers a newsletter e-mail......Thanks for any and all help and time....

I am still having this issue but now all three of my e-mail templates (came with the fancier Invoice contribution) won't work. So when a customer orders they get no e-mail at all?
