little57 Posted August 17, 2005 Posted August 17, 2005 Hi, I have a couple of real stupid questions. Forgive me! 1) When you go to my site, and are viewing a subcategory you see a bunch of "n"s. I have no idea where these came from, or how to get rid of them. 2) Also, with categories and sub categories.. how do I change it so that the category name is displayed? Right now all you see is something to the effect of "heading_title" How can I change this? Thank you so much for any help you can offer. My Webpage PS: My website contains sexually explicit material, I do not intend to offend anyone. If this bothers you, please feel free to ignore my post. Thank you.
Guest Posted August 18, 2005 Posted August 18, 2005 The 'N's' must be coming from your category description or an edit within a .php file - unless I'm mistaken. To change the name of a category edit it within your ADMIN Panel.

As far as editing the category titles in ADMIN, I gave them all titles when I created the files, shouldn't this update the headings automatically? I went in and double checked all of the settings, I don't see anything else in ADMIN to change this. Giving them titles made them show up in the 'categories' box, I would think that would update the headers also. Thanks again for the help.

I still can't get it to show the subcategory titles instead of heading_title.. I've been surfing around contribs, and can't find anything. I'll keep looking though. Thanks again for the help.
