Having trouble with reporting/completing sale

Hi, I'm having a bit of trouble with OSC. Here's what's happening:

 

1. I complete a sale (with my own account/credit card)

2. After I confirm my order, i'm taken back to the login page as if nothing ever happened.

3. I check my OSC reports and it didn't report any sale whatsoever.

4. I check my merchant's reports and the sales actually went through successfully. I worry this will be bad for the "user experience" because it causes confusion and makes fulfilling orders impossible.

 

Can somebody help? I'm at a loss right now!
