garvstone
My cart has been working great for 6 months. As of yesterday it just stopped letting customers log in or place items in their cart. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone have any suggestions? All help much appreciated.

garvstone
all of them, so far. My test accounts wont work either. When you add item to cart it it says cart is empty.

♥Vger
If this has only just started happening - and if you ABSOLUTELY did not edit any files just before it happened then it's either: 1. Your hosting company made some change that caused it to happen. 2. You've run out of available webspace or (perhaps) your host imposes some sort of limit on the size of your database. garvstone
I have not edited or even been in any of the directories for a month or two. It has been working great and pow...nothing. I have plent of space with no restrictions. I thought maybe it was a weird permissions issue, but how would that happen overnight. I have anothe cart under the same re-seller account hosted through te same company and it is working fine.
