black orchid Posted August 17, 2005 Share Posted August 17, 2005 :( hi i have got lots of help, thanx to all u wounderful ppl. but i still am getting the error that i can't load up my pics to my site Error: Catalog images directory is not writeable: /home/blackorc/public_html/catalog/images/ i tried to change the permissions but it did nothing. should i know contact my host or someone at OScomerce? black orchid Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If the actual permissions seem to be set correctly, then this is an indication that they have something like safe_mode on, which can be a bear to work around.
