UnclePeaches
I used my hosting provider Fantastico to install OSC. And the error message I'm getting when I try to view the installation is FATAL ERROR: register_globals is disabled in php.ini, please enable it! My question is where in the world is this php.ini file so that I can edit it. Thank you in advance.

You will probably have to ask your ISP to change it for you. Steve
