I just tried to open my store and get this message:

 

1016 - Can't open file: 'whos_online.MYI'. (errno: 145)

 

delete from whos_online where time_last_click < '1124202574'

I tried the repair of the whos_online table and it did nothing.

 

Any ideas?

Try dumping that table, deleting it, and then restoring it from the dump. Make sure you make a full backup of your database.
