Help me locate these queries

Please help me locate the PHP files within which I will find the following:

 

1.) The query which lists/displays products in the admin interface

 

2.) The query which lists/displays products on the main catalog page

 

3.) Any other queries where products are listed/displayed the visitor

 

I need to add or change an ORDER BY clause.
