robkelley Posted August 16, 2005 Share Posted August 16, 2005 My cart has started to act very strangely, when I go to the admin page 'modules > payment' the only thing showing is the modules path which is correct and there are modules in the folder but nothing is showing on the admin page, it's like the modules don't exsist. It also the same for the shipping modules. I have had a look at the permissions and it seems ok. Can someone confirm the permissions and make any suggestions to what may be causing this problem as I have had to close the shop as the payments are not working at all. Thanks in advance. robkelley Posted August 19, 2005 Author Share Posted August 19, 2005 Ok, for months I have been trying to fix this and the day I post about it I manage to fix it - typical. the fix is to run this command in the root of your catalog folder i.e. www.freed.com/catalog' so run in the dir called catalog ">chown [your ftp user account goes here with out the brackets] * -R" it is a permissions issue.
