When you attempt to create an account it allows you to fill in all of the information and them when you hit Continue it clears out all of the information so that you are left on the SAME page with BLANK boxes...

HELP!!

TIA

You've got the shared ssl address wrong.

It can't be: https://rememberthemoments.com/~remembe3

Check with your control panel/hosting FAQs to see what it should be.

I have the same problem. And it looks like the same question, at the same host!

My site: http://www.dcbwares.com

I have tried shopping..., adding things to the cart..., go to checkout..., it goes to create or log on page..., I go to create account..., fill out the form..., click continue..., page reloads..., all blank..., all items in cart are gone!

Looks like we both need the same help!

Thanks

I fixed mine by deleting everything (I had a backup of course!) and reloading it from bluehost...

at the time of installation through fantastico it will ask you if you want a secure site...and you select YES and then it will ask you the site to secure...you want to put https://secure.bluehost.com/~yourunixusername/

more than likely when you installed it originally you put YOUR web address there...

anyway...if you do not want to uninstall then you need to change the permission on your config.php to 777 in the FTP manager so that you can go in through admin and edit the config.php to show your shared sll site as https://secure.bluehost.com/~yourunixusername/ (you need to keep the ~ and your unix user name should have been emailed to you at the time you registered...

The problems has to do with your SSL...you either do not have it setup (when you go to the create an account page, look at the address bar...does it say https:// if there is no s than you need to set up your SSL...

if it DOES say https://then you have your shared SSL address wrong and you need to fix it...

if you look at what it should be (you should be able to find it in a search on you hosting companies website if they offer it) then you need to change it in you config.php file...

If you search for SSL here you will find a lot of help on how to fix it.

Ok, well I tried reinstalling, but then the account page would not even load. I did not use fantastico, I just used the bluehost drag and drop because it keeps timeing me out. :-" So I could never upload all at one time, just 10 to 20 files at a time. :'( So now what could I do?

Thanks, so far I am heading in the right direction.

OK, I got it! In my case I had to add catalog to: https://secure.bluehost.com/~yourunixusername/catalog/

Now it works great.

Thank you for all for helping!
