The problem is that I am using it on the product listing page, and have been suffering seroius performance lags (it's slower by a power of 10 in some cases, which also gets compounded by the fact that I allow users to set the number of results per page). I really need to be able to display the price breaks in the product results for this store, so I am looking for tips and tricks anyone has found to improve the efficiency of the PriceFormatter class.
