Guest Posted August 15, 2005 Share Posted August 15, 2005 I have several customers trying to complete their orders and they are stuck at the Delivery Information screen. I've tested it myself and I click on continue and the same Delivery information screen reloads...I've searched the forums for help but couldn't find anything specific just scanning the 63 pages that came up in my search. RadianHosting Posted January 3, 2006 Share Posted January 3, 2006 Has anyone resolved this issue? I have a client with the same issue. No error messages at all. Here are the step the customer must go through. Delivery Information --> Payment Information --> Confirmation --> Finished!
