Iggy
Only a couple of options for that I would think. You do in fact have the wrong password/user or you're querying the wrong server. Iggy Everything's funny but nothing's a joke...
xwilsonx
in the web install... i used localhost for the database server, set the login and pw just as how i enetered it for the database. there has got to be something going on somewhere but i cant point my finger on it! Local: Mac OS X 10.5.8 - Apache 2.2/php 5.3.0/MySQL 5.4.10 • Web Servers: Linux Tools: BBEdit, Coda, Versions (Subversion), Sequel Pro (db management)
♥Vger
Sorry about that - very late here in the UK. If the db name is wrong you'll also get that message. For instance you can set up a database with a name like oscommerce, but the full db name might be something like yourdomain_com_-_oscommerce Vger
