Can't add attributes!

Help!!! All of a sudden when I try to add a attribute to a product I am getting the following message:

 

1136 - Column count doesn't match value count at row 1

insert into products_attributes valuse (",'85','21','40',",'+')

(TEP STORY)

 

This is an attribute that I have used before and an currently using - I am trying to add it to a new product. What do I need to do to add this attribute??
