Order Reports Problem?

Hi there

 

Does anyone know where to start looking to solve the following problem;

 

when a customer makes an order it doesnt show in the customer total order reports.

 

All I recieve is the paypal reciept and no indication of what they have bought. theres no other indication apart from that?

I seem to have the same problem! I get the email orders just fine, and the orders report shows the total order value per customer, but when I click on ORDERS, there is nothing!!
