Sometimes my 'options' and 'buy now' dissapears

When you click on the product there will be no bottom table which

has the product attributes and 'buy now' image.

 

This has happened a few times now.

 

If you close the window and start again, it comes back.

 

Anyone had this problem before?

 

ps. couldn't find anything in search.
